Furniture for Call Centres

10, 8 & 4 User Work Clusters
The ten, eight, and four user call centres comprise identical, free-standing, two-user quadrants; they are simple to install and can be easily reconfigured to accommodate different team sizes. The intermediate section of the ten user arrangement is based on 800mm wide double wave desks but alternative furniture widths can be utilised.

The flexibility to our furniture call centres are further enhanced by the optional addition of shallow or deep side courtesy panels in wood, perforated steel or fabric onto which CPU holders can be located. Alternatively, CPU holders can be installed without the need for courtesy panels. More significantly, the front legs can be replaced by structural pedestals suitable for various forms of storage.

Angular Work Clusters
The furniture symmetry of angular desks creates a totally different form of cluster for call centres. They are more spacious yet more intimate. Its basic three way user configuration in two depths provides optimum work surface area with the widest possible choice of calldesk and desk under desk and desk high storage units and pedestals. Furthermore, they can be employed as three user stand-alone or placed together in the familiar snowflake pattern.

Double Wave Desking
Apart from facilitating the extension of eight user clusters, double wave desks at a depth of one metre in three widths provide a highly functional linear solution for many call centres and hot desking applications. Caddie style pedestals can extend this functionality and provide the form of personal storage often required in non-territorial user positions.

When space is at a premium, single wave desks can provide an alternative linear solution to call centres without compromising aesthetic appeal or functionality. However, calldesk furniture should not be viewed individually as alternative options but as an extensive family of products which can be used in different combinations to create the idea working environment.
